Established in 2003, mobile phone makers Golden AEC Group Company, a HANS Enterprise Ltd subsidiary, set out to bring the MEIZU brand to simply enhance the mobile phone user experience before engaging the smartphone market in 2008. The group has been committed to developing smartphones since, paving the way for the MEIZU brand to become the top choice in mobile phones, with most phones sold online, in China.
MEIZU brand champs include the M8, M9, MX, MX1, MX2, MX3, MX4, and m1note smartphone models.
The Golden AEC Group believes mobile consumers in Myanmar deserve to have access to better performance smartphones at a reasonable price. A company representative told MyanmarBusinessNews.com that pricing for mid-range to high-end MEIZU phone models will be roughly around US$200 to US$300 (around Ks 250,000 to Ks 375,000), set to be finalised before launch.
MEIZU will debut in the Myanmar market with its new phone models: the MEIZU m2note and MEIZU MX5.
Due out in August, the MEIZU m2note will turn up with a 5.5” screen, 13MP camera, MTK processor, Octa Core 1.3MHz, and a 2GB RAM to tickle the Myanmar user’s senses.
